What will be the legacy of my life?

My philosophy is that we are all miracles delivered to earth to experience, learn from, and give back to that miracle of life. We are only alive on earth for a short period of time and no matter what you try to do to delay the inevitable, your last day will come. The question I ask myself is “What will be the legacy of my life?

The essence of who I am and why I love to write is to express and explore my life journey with others.

This might sound like a complicated question to tackle, for we each have our own road to follow. For me, that journey starts with Gratitude.

As a cancer survivor I am keenly aware that tomorrow is not promised, appreciative of the fact that no matter how bleak this world may seem, we are only here as flesh and bone for a nanosecond in the Universe of time.

Let’s make it our mission to spread love and compassion. As the Dalai Lama said, “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.”
